A culinary artist with over 30 years under his belt, Chef Neil Ramsey’s journey started at the iconic Savoy Hotel, followed by a prestigious stint as Executive Chef at the Lansdowne Club in London’s Mayfair.
His philosophy extends beyond mere cooking; it’s about invoking memories through taste and aroma. Neil’s passion for live fire cooking and locally-sourced, seasonal produce is the cornerstone of Smokewood Catering.
“Launching Smokewood Catering was my way of reigniting my love for the culinary arts,” he explains. “It’s here that I embrace the cooking methods I adore, using the finest UK ingredients to fulfill the culinary dreams of our clients.”
