Live Fire Cooking
Live fire cooking is an experience unlike any other, and at Smokewood Catering, we’re at the forefront of this culinary adventure. Our menu is a symphony of fire-kissed flavours: from the smoky zest of our Picanha steak to the slow-cooked richness of massaman lamb shoulder, each dish is a masterpiece. We also showcase the delicate balance of fire with our ember-roasted Moroccan aubergine and our show-stopping whole chargrilled 1kg turbot.

Our commitment to the environment extends to our suppliers, who are dedicated to climate-conscious practices and support initiatives like Save the Rhino Trust Namibia and Tree Nation. The art of timing is crucial: our meats, such as brisket and chuck, are meticulously slow-cooked at precise temperatures, ensuring a tenderness and depth of flavour that only patience and skill can achieve.
